Extension springs

RVF manufactures extension springs with a wire diameter of 0.1 mm to 2 mm.
They are made with English, German or side hooks.

Spring hooks:
These are the loops at the ends;
They can either be a loop, a hook, or formed without ends.

Compression springs

The most widespread compression spring is the shock absorber.
RVF is capable of manufacturing compression springs with a wire diameter of 0.2 mm to 2 mm.
If necessary, we can perform grinding and presetting.

Torsion springs and double-torsion springs

The best example of torsion springs is the clothes pin spring.
RVF also makes torsion and double-torsion springs with a wire diameter of 0.2 to 2 mm.

Formed wire component

Technicians and engineers at RVF produce formed wire parts with a wire diameter of 0.2 mm to 2 mm.

This is the same wire used in a standard spring, only it is shaped without ends: for example, a paper clip, the holder of a car bulb, the metal part which brakes a ski during a fall…
