Our trade consists of working in close collaboration with our customers’ project leaders to design the technically and financially ideal spring, while complying with international quality standards, both for the product and the environment.

RVF offers its customers expertise in the following domains:

• Assistance in designing springs
• Specific conditioning solutions tailored to the our customers’ commercial production requirements
• Integrating the spring into its immediate environment in our workshops in cases where the spring’s function should require such a solution (from a quality and economic point of view).

All necessary resources are employed to obtain the best cost based on an analysis of the value of the spring’s function.

Ressorts RVF holds ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 16949:2002 certification.

We examine and develop all controlling, process planning, and testing resources for our products.

RVF works with its main suppliers to improve the raw materials and surface processing with the aim of devising new solutions on an ongoing basis.

RVF produces roughly 3 million springs a day to meet the demands of our customers in the automobile, household appliances and electrical equipment industries.

Every day, our springs are produced and delivered throughout the world.
